On last Sunday I did make grilled cucumbers for first time , it was something unexpected for me , I just cut cucumbers to four peaces marinade in mix of garlic powder , olive oil , Parmesan cheese , let stay in for half of hour and grilled well .Taste was amazing and unexpected in good way , who ever willing to try this will not be disappointed . Simply and very tasty . Served with Ranch dressing.mmm
